ERAMSON KAIMANA (SHE/HER)

Community Vibez officer/ Programs Officer

Eramson Kaimana is a passionate advocate for gender equality, health equity, and climate justice, bringing her deep expertise and intersectional approach to her role at MHSR. She believes that climate change is not gender-neutral—its impacts are felt most by women who shoulder caregiving, farming, and community-building responsibilities. Through her work, Eramson strives to ensure that women’s voices and lived experiences inform the policies and programs designed to address these global challenges.

Beyond her commitment to climate action, Eramson is a health justice champion, advancing awareness and access to healthcare for underserved populations affected by malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS. Her efforts focus on bridging gaps in service delivery and advocating for inclusive, community-driven health systems that leave no one behind.

A gifted storyteller and communicator, Eramson uses narrative as a powerful tool for advocacy—challenging patriarchal norms, amplifying marginalized voices, and inspiring grassroots movements toward justice and sustainability. Her vision is to build communities where gender equality, health, and environmental resilience are intertwined, creating a future that heals both people and the planet. She currently serves as the Community Vibez Officer and Programs Officer.
