Through the Gender Equality Fund, the MHSR–TRAHI–CEPHO consortium delivers integrated HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB), and Malaria interventions for women across their diversities, including LBQI women, women living with disabilities, women living with HIV/AIDS, women who inject drugs, and women living with TB.

The project promotes community mobilization, health education, prevention, screening, referral and linkage to care, advocacy, human rights, and capacity building, while addressing stigma, discrimination, and barriers to accessing healthcare.

MHSR and its consortium partners have engaged and trained more than 50 key stakeholders, including law enforcement personnel, health workers, traditional and religious leaders, and young and adolescent girls, strengthening their capacity to promote inclusive healthcare, protect rights, and improve access to HIV, TB, and malaria services.

Through this community-led and rights-based approach, the consortium continues to advance health equity, inclusion, dignity, and improved wellbeing for underserved and marginalized women and girls.
