Gilbert Victor is a burgeoning Nigerian activist who champions the causes of community cohesion, inclusivity, and the health and rights of the community and key populations at large. He is a sexual minority health and rights advocate who hails from Anambra state with “OND” in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri-West IMO State Nigeria. He is a writer and web designer who has acquired experience in the private sector as a tutor for over seven years in the area of computer operation and software application in institutions like Bright’e Computer Institute (BCI), Modern Institute Of Information Technology (MIIT) Divine Mercy International Secondary School. His fervor to proactively address health disparities, discrimination, and marginalization confronting the community has fortified his standing as an emerging figure in Sexual Health and Rights Advocacy in Nigeria through Mobile Foundation for Health Security And Rehabilitation (MHSR). Currently assuming the role of Lagos State Coordinator for the Nigeria Key Population Health & Rights Network, Gilbert exhibits a dedicated commitment to fostering positive change and advancing the well-being of marginalized communities. He is passionate about helping to bring solutions to health and rights challenges, discrimination, and marginalization affecting most at-risk persons, especially the sexual minorities in Nigeria. Gilbert Victor has worked as a private dictator, bringing people involved in molesting, kidnapping, extortion, and rape to justice with the aid of Nigerian Military Forces. He also counsels sexual minorities at risk on safety regarding their sexual Health and Right  across Nigeria.
