Empowering Vulnerable Communities: Ending AIDS, Promoting Equality

KP-CARE1 Project

The HEARTLAND Alliance LTD/GTE KP-CARE1 project, funded by USAID, aims to support the Nigerian government in achieving the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets and ending AIDS by 2030. The project provides HIV prevention, treatment, and care services to key populations, increasing access and demand. It also builds staff capacity and establishes community clinical services. The project goal is to fast-track a national response to end AIDS in Nigeria, achieving zero new infections, zero deaths, and zero discrimination.
