Gefta Igbokwe is a hardworking and motivated healthcare and service professional specializing in strategic information management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and sexual rights advocacy. With a strong background in data-driven health programming, Gefta has developed extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring interventions that improve the well-being of vulnerable and key populations.

He currently serves as the Project Manager at the Mobile Foundation for Health Security and Rehabilitation (MHSR)—a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization committed to providing mobile health services, conducting research, training, and advocacy for vulnerable groups, especially Most-at-Risk Populations (MARPs). In this role, Gefta oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data, ensuring that MHSR’s initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with organizational objectives. His work contributes to improving health outcomes, strengthening accountability systems, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of community health interventions.
